	For Industry, Experienced Tradespersons and Employers: Here, a focus on Workplace Mentoring involves building on strength by offering mentoring workshops.
	Other Options - Course Materials: It is important to provide all kinds of different options for accessing the suite of Workplace Mentoring resources.
