Apprenticeship Mentoring MILESTONES

In the province of Nova Scotia, Workplace Mentoring is now a REQUIRED part of ALL Apprenticeship Programs. There are two new program-level outcomes for ALL Apprenticeship Programs:

  • Apply strategies to assist with learning skills in the workplace
  • Apply strategies to assist with teaching skills in the workplace.

These outcomes will be implemented through two REQUIRED PROGRAM MILESTONES: Workplace Mentoring I and Workplace Mentoring II. Included below are resources for completing these milestones.
